When I say the arrangement, my first reaction was that I ordered something else. I called the florish and learned that I MADE A MISTAKE IN PLACING MY ORDER. Although I made the mistake, the owner was kind enough to offer solutions FOR MY MISTAKE. I ACCEPTED THE FACE THAT IT WAS MY ERROR AND THANKED THE OWNER FOR EXPLAINING WHAT HAPPENED.
